Featured as the profile picture on many of my social media pages, Experimenting is one of my favorite personal works to date. When I had started making art out of high school, I came up with a style that was very line heavy. It was used to make every shade of color used in the piece its own distinct shape and was inspired by stained glass. My focus in college was to work on my fundamentals, so I never took the style anywhere. But in searching for my identity as an artist, I tried using the style again but wanted to improve it. This piece is the outcome of that process.
