Translating to “Mother Nature’s Revenge” from Latin, this project was a three piece set of narrative illustrations. The objective of the project was to interpret the theme: “natural & artificial”. The immediate thought that came to my head was all of the movies that are about robots taking over the world. So I decided to run with this idea but flip it on its head. The story depicted in the illustrations is of a world ruled by robots, where plantlife grows more intelligent and begins taking over the world. I came up with several different robot designs and eventually landed on the four seen in the pieces.
